Project title: Implementation of a high-resolution universal test to quantify residual disease in peripheral blood using circulating cell-free DNA (cfDNA) and circulating tumor cells (CTCs) in cancer patients (DUALMRDTest-CAM2020).


Objective: To develop next-generation sequencing (NGS) technologies for detecting and quantifying Minimal Residual Disease (MRD) with high precision, enabling personalised cancer monitoring. Its primary objective is to optimise the early detection of relapses and treatment selection, improving clinical decision-making.
